Update CI to use AnalysisBase,21.2.22

David Richard Shope requested to merge Update_CI_21.2.22 into master

Until issue #32 (closed) was resolved, we couldn't run CAFCore on top of AnalysisBase for versions 21.2.9 and above. Now that it's resolved, we should update the CI to run with the most recent version possible (21.2.23 docker image not yet installed)
