Bugfixes for CommonAnalysisHelpers

Hi all, I started working with the CAFExample and found some small bugs.

This merge requests contains:

  • forward settings for useSummarytree in initialize.py to sample initializer
  • fix bug in printing out event lists
  • add the tag useCutBookKeeper, if false the reading of the cutbookkeeprs are disabled
