Improved error messages in TQHistoMakerAnalysisJob

Details

So far errors during the histogram booking were only added to the message stream at INFO level and could therefore easily go unnoticed. They are promoted to ERRORs and WARNINGs. Additionally, added an error message including the full string (line) that caused the error such that users are more directly pointed to the part the y should check again.
