Fixed tqmerge not being able to merge sampleFolders from the initialize.py step

Details

Changes do not affect tqmerge (or code called therein) directly but rather make sure that a valid traceID is applied to initialized Samples during the initialize.py step. All changes required to achieve this are either in QFramework or CAH (no changes/updates to CAFExample or derived projects required). closes #129 (closed)
