Gridscanner improvements

This MR tracks the progress in improving the Gridscanner.

Details

A few smaller implementations that are done on the way

  1. Add support for evaluating multiple FOMs at once. Would be nice to incorporate the possibility to sort the results w.r.t. to different FOMs even after the gridscan is done. DONE
  2. Add support for scanning multiple regions at once. DONE
