Integrate FOM with stat uncertainty in gridscanner

This adds a few more formulas that can be used as a figure of merit in the TQGridscanner. The novelty is that the new FOMs consider statistical uncertainies, e.g. s/sqrt(b+berr2), where berr2 is the background uncertainty squared.
