Artifact handling in plotting tests

Konstantin Lehmann requested to merge artifactHandlingInPlottingTests into master

Store CI artifacts for tests for 9 months instead of 3. Plotting tests can be rerun at a later time and will recognize whether the commit used to be a master commit at some point in the past.
