Updates to (data-background)/data sub plots in TQHWWPlotter:

• Make axis labels configurable and min/max of the subplot
• Line color at 0 is now black instead of red (only change to default plotting in this MR)
• Bugfix: last histogram bin didn't show uncertainty
• If the data yield is 0, no datapoints are shown in the subplot. This is especially useful if a variable is shown, on which a hard cut is applied.
• Show errorbars of datapoints that are outside of the plotting area. Also show arrow in this case.

Updates to TQROOTPlotter:

• Options to sort legend entries

Details

The CI fails, because the default plots change. This only affects the line color in the (data-bkg)/data subplot. This will be the new default.
