Post-fit plot tweaks

Makes two minor changes to ratio plots that came up during HWW couplings post-fit plot-making: add ability to specify number of divisions on ratio plot, and x-axis label of ratio plot.

@hayden @bwinter @bejaeger (since you seem to be the ones who contributed to subplot-unit-norm): What do you think about merging this branch, which just has two little tweaks needed for the post-fit plots, into subplot-unit norm, which seems like it might have more post-fit plot changes? Then subplot-unit-norm could be merged into master (I hope), we could update the CAFCore reference in HWWAnalysisCode's ImplementPreandPostFitMachinery_clean, and we'd be one step closer to plot reproducibility.

The changes I have made in that branch should not interfere with anything in a non-trivial way. It'll be very helpful to have everything in one place

Yes, the changes in subplot-unit-norm should not interfere with anything else so I agree with what you said @rhayes :)
