Get framework to compile with r22

Mostly updating includes and method to retrieve xAOD::BTagging objects. Note that calibration is turned off for now.

Other things to keep in mind:

• jet_mu_dRmin_VtxTyp is always set to 999.
• Dependence on DerivationFramework commented out
• Unclear if btagAnalysis_entries.cxx implementation is correct; should follow up with experts
