Add file adder and MC20 test file

I wanted to add a test file for MC20, but got a bit distracted adding a script that makes these files as well. The steps are pretty standardized so there was no reason not to script this.

Maybe interesting to @npond, @svanstro, @hartman. We do something similar in easyjet, maybe this should go there too.
