Update plotting_epoch_performance and Clean Up

This MR does three things:

1: Remove the validate_dumper.py and the validate_dumper_tools. There is already a script for that in the scripts section.
2: A new plot is added to the plotting_epoch_performance. There, the b-tagging discriminant cut value is now plotted for each epoch for a given WP and fc.
3: Closes #37 (closed). Metadata of the trainings are now saved in the training output folder
