Draft: PDF sampling

This branch includes a working version of the PDF sampling approach. Generic enough to work without fixed labels (except the temporary merging step at the end, used to match the rest of the preprocessing at the moment).

Small modifications to the rest of the preprocessing (plotting, generator, ...) are included to harmonise the methods.

Taus are not yet properly described (will implement a partial upsampling rate).
