updates to be able to run on data

Ines Ochoa requested to merge miochoa/training-dataset-dumper:master-miochoa-data into master
  • added config files for data15, with grl and trigger options
  • added variable lists for data only
  • modified mc config files with empty grl and trigger fields
  • added grl and trigger tools to dump-hbb
  • added runNumber and modified mcEventWeight getter to be called only for MC

This is currently a WIP because it compiles and runs but gives me config warnings at run time, only when calling the trigger decision tools, and I think it's because of a missing package in CMakelists... NEW: ROOT/xAOD bug, fixed by calling LoadDictionaries.
