Draft: Delete SafeShallowCopy, remove JVT cut
This changes to the new overload of shallowCopyContainer which returns smart pointers. So no need for the old safeShallowCopy code.
Also removes the JVT cut in SingleBTagAlg. We might have to revisit it in the future so better to keep the selection loose right now.
