Add more grid submit options for trigger jobs

This adds some options to the trigger job submission script. Mainly:

• A 'dry run' option to see what the submit script will do
• The option to pass in a file listing datasets

This is mostly changes for @viruelas, so he should feel free to approve and merge it, but of course anyone else is welcome to as well.
