Test single btag grid submission script

CI test for the submit-single-btag. Making use of -d to run a dry run only (no panda setup).

As promised @dguest. I couldn't quickly figure out a way to test the -t functionality, but this is better than nothing. Interestingly I have to add the -f flag as the script otherwise errors because it detects uncommitted changes.
