Bump analysis release to 22.2.58

  • Remove qOverPUncertainty getter
  • Make SingleBTagTools const

atlas/athena!49532 (merged) also now returns the errors rather than the squared errors of the track parameters. Returning the squared errors may have resulted in problems scaling these variables. Because the squared values are much closer to 0 this actually causes an overflow downstream after scaling when saving with 16bit precision.
