Write truth heavy flavour particles

Samuel Van Stroud requested to merge svanstro/training-dataset-dumper:svanstro/write-truth-HF into r22
  • For each track, write the barcode of the associated truth particle (if one is linked).
  • Write a new truth collection: truth particles from B/C hadron decays. the truth_fromBC group can enable some interesting performance studies (e.g. track reconstruction efficiency, comparison of truth/reconstructed track parameters).
  • Clean up TruthTools
  • Standardise some function names
  • Add d0 and z0 for all truth particles
