add SV1_correctSignificance3d to outputs

The SV1 tool provides both the 3d significance and the corrected 3d significance correctSignificance3d. Currently, only the 3d significance is used but this variable could be lacking a few checks, which are implemented in the SVTag tool (see here).

@duperrin might comment more about the details.

This MR adds the correct 3d significance to the dumper outputs.
