Replace track origin definitions code

Samuel Van Stroud requested to merge svanstro/training-dataset-dumper:svanstro/update-track-origin-tool into r22

atlas/athena!49805 (merged) added the exclusive track origin definitions to Athena, so we can take them out of this package. The release was bumped to 22.2.60 to enable this.

I checked on 3k events that there were no changes to the track origin labels after this change.
