Config consolidations

Samuel Van Stroud requested to merge svanstro/training-dataset-dumper:svanstro/config-consolidations into r22
  • The remapping field in the DL2 block is optional, ticking a box in #51 (closed). The code checks all keys are used to avoid silent misspelling mistakes etc.
  • Move Dl2 config to nlohmann
  • Remove GNN configs in favour of using EMPFlowAll.json. Keep the gnn-track-cuts.json as this is still under study.
  • Consolidate variables between files where possible.
