Add a track merger function and a CA script to dump both LRT and Standard Tracks
Sorry for the inconvenience and delay. Here is a new MR.
I took the suggestion from @dguest to only enable one sequence. Since currently we merely need the track info, only getSimpleJetTagConfig is used. Also in the json file, the related btagging variables are removed.
The name of the script is changed to: ca-dump-lrt
