Consolidate upgrade variables configs

Samuel Van Stroud requested to merge svanstro/training-dataset-dumper:svanstro/merge-update-var-configs into r22

Consolidating the upgrade variables with the base single-btag-variables. Also add HadronConeExclTruthLabelPt to single-btag-variables-all.json config (I couldn't add it to single-btag-variables.json due to this variable not being present in the upgrade samples).

The upside is less repeated config, ticking a box in #61 (closed). The downside is that in the default EMPFlow.json we lose

  • SV1_correctSignificance3d
  • rnnip and DL1r scores

They are still included in EMPFlowAll.json of course. Since I don't think anyone is really using EMPFlow.json, I think this is acceptable.
