Bump AnalysisBase release version
This new AnalysisBase version includes updates to FlavorTagDiscriminants:
- Adding SMT info: atlas/athena!21807 (merged)
- Various other fixes: atlas/athena!21851 (merged), atlas/athena!21893 (merged)
Once this is merged in @mguth should have all the required information to start the full DL1rmu training.
