add loose track collection to VR output

This MR adds the loose track collection to the ntuples for VR track jet training, allowing for training of DipsLoose for VR track jets.

(In future, we might also consider dropping the default track collection as we did for PFlow once we confirm that also dips loose has best performance for VR track jets).
