Add matching from trigger b-jets to original pflow jets

This adds an algorithm that matches the trigger "bJets" to the pflow jets they are copied from. I also copied over some fastDIPS variables along with the associated tracks we use for fastDIPS.

@sfranche this is half of what we need for the validation. The other half will be looking at EMTopo jets, which I'll get to next.
