Add prompt leptons to upgrade

Sebastien Rettie requested to merge srettie/training-dataset-dumper:r22-srettie-add-prompt-leptons-upgrade into r22

This MR adds the n_truth_promptLepton variable to the upgrade dumper output. The CI tests need to use athena for this, so they have also been updated.
