I've removed the path resolver module from the SingleBTagTool.cxx and modified the ca-dump-single-btag-fixedcone script (now more similar to the ca-dump-single-btag script) which should solve (hopefully) the grid issues. I've also added the nntc option in the grid-submit script for submitting the ca-*-fixedcone script.
