Trigger backward compatibility with mc16 samples

Adding backward compatibility with the mc16 samples (tag r12711) used to train the taggers deployed at the start of Run 3.

Main additions:

  • dedicated trigger script ca-dump-trigger-mc16
  • CI test to check backward compatibility with old samples

Tagging @dguest and @tmadula to check that everything is in place.
