Xbb scheduling

Add previous Xbb tagger scores for fat jets. The Hbb tool acts on the jet object rather than a btagging object but I'm not sure where I can set this, do @dguest @svanstro know where I can do this?. Also if Hbb only works for jets I suppose I can remove makeXbbWrapper from a template since it won't be needed.
