Add electron collection support

Dmitrii Kobylianskii requested to merge dkobylia/training-dataset-dumper:dk_el_merge into r22

The idea is to dump electrons, and their variables as a separate collection like are currently done with tracks. This collection is used in (GN1 + soft electrons) tagger. Also, it might be reasonable to obtain DL1+electrons variables from such collection, not from jet-level features.

Dumping was tested on the PHYSVAL sample provided by the test-dumper script.
