Clarify combined pixel variables descriptions

Hi all,

I was wondering if the following variables include or exclude the hits from the IBL:

  • numberOfPixelHits
  • numberOfPixelHoles
  • numberOfPixelSharedHits
  • numberOfPixelSplitHits

@alfroch's guess was that the IBL hits are excluded there, so I added "(excluding the IBL)" in the description. If they are included, however, I would say it would be good to indicate this anyway with "(including the IBL)"?

Summary:

  • Adding information about IBL hits being included in overall pixel hit variables
  • Adding note about difference between shared and split pixel hits (information from ATL-PHYS-PUB-2016-012, p.6)
  • Adding note about the number of SCT hits being divided by two in the selection since the selection is made on
