Update flow writing

Samuel Van Stroud requested to merge svanstro/training-dataset-dumper:svanstro/update-flow into r22
  • add info to flow.json: tracks, taggers, pflow vars
  • catch rare error in JetLinkedFlowWritier.cxx. 0.015% of clusters are missing, likely corresponding to negative energy clusters which are slimmed.
  • also removing cluster vars since these should be superceeded by the equivalent pflow vars
