Remove beamspot variables

Samuel Van Stroud requested to merge svanstro/training-dataset-dumper:svanstro/remove-beamspot-vars into r22

The beamSpotWeight variable was added for run 2 to account for inconsistencies between beamspot in MC and simulation. We never properly studied the effect in FTAG. In run 3, the inconsistencies are fixed and so there is no longer a need for this variable. Removing it from configs to keep the h5 outputs lean, and compatible with run 3 samples.
