Remapping of the link name to large-R jet

This MR does the following:

  • Removes hard coded link name from SingleBTagTools.cxx for X->bb tagging. Instead it implements re-mapping which is configured in the config file.
  • Implements is_top function in JetTruthAssociation.cxx to select top quarks.
  • Adds CI test for trigger fatjet dumper.
