Update Xbb inputs file

Samuel Van Stroud requested to merge svanstro/training-dataset-dumper:svanstro/add-xbb-inputs into main

Adding the samples from the file from @changqia, /afs/cern.ch/user/c/changqia/public/Xbb_mc20_FTAG1/ATLFTAGDPD-315-DxAOD.txt

The samples not expected to be used for training are commented out, so that we can produce slimmer training focus dumping jobs.
