Add track variables to flow config

  • Fixing a bug writing out non custom association variables
  • Adding all track variables to the flow outputs (so that we have a single collection of neutral + charged objects)
  • Removing the flow dumping from FatJets.json to keep the file size small. This means we would require dedicated dumps to study the neutrals
