Updated Upgrade config to run on FTAG1 r24 samples

Thomas Strebler requested to merge tstreble/training-dataset-dumper:FTAG1_config_r24 into main

FTAG1 r24 derivation samples have already the jet augmentation run in production. Updated the config accordingly
