Migrate analysisbase ci and rename scripts

Nikita Ivvan Pond requested to merge npond/training-dataset-dumper:migrate_anbase_ci into main

As discussed in #131 (closed), this MR migrates all tests that previously relied on analysis base, now instead using AthAnalysis.
Did some sanity checks on the outputs of test-dumper and everything looks fine.
