Merge Hbb developments into master

Dan Guest requested to merge dguest/training-dataset-dumper:p3870-augmenters into master

There are quite a few changes here:

  • add more support to run single b-tagging in the dump-hbb script
  • add dataset merging on the grid (for dump-hbb)
  • add list of most recent Hbb datasets
  • changes to support the schema flags that we'll need for more recent derivations (where some variable names will change thanks to the retraining campaign)
