hbb config files with new VR trainings

This update to the config file for the pub note introduces the new trainings for iprnn and dl1*. However, it does not run on FTAG5 because it's apparently missing JetFitter_deltaR... If I leave out the new DL1, I get a crash from this, but this one seems more easily solvable (since we're >21.2.86).
