Draft: Add retrained DL1d (mc20+mc23) and GN2Lep

Thanks @sgoswami for DL1d and @jmwagner for GN2Lep!!

This will fail until the next release and ATLASG-2715 is fixed.

This MR should be included for the next round of H5
