SoftMuon variables for GN3

Description

This MR is meant to implement all the needed SMT variables for the first round of GN3 trainings.

Right now is also including a new package (SoftMuonTrackOriginDecorator) that is changing a bit the definition of MuonTrackOrigin but it will be removed since the changes are going to be implemented at derivation level.
