Make uncalibrated jet mass, pt available to be dumped

Description

Small change in BTagJetWriterUtils.cxx that allows dumping uncalibrated jet mass and pt (labelled constituent_scale_massand constituent_scale_pt). I need it to try using in bJR models (see summary slide of this talk, but if it doesn't add too much of an overhead, might be useful for others.
