Draft: additional TauJet and TauTrack decoration dumping

This MR extends !766 (merged)

In the newly introduced TriggerTauJetGetter, additional properties of the TauJet and of the TauTracks are retrieved with corresponding accessors and used as extra decorations for jets and tracks respectively. Corresponding extension of the config files is provided.
