Adding variables needed for Lxy and fragmentation paper plots

Description

Added variables required to do the Lxy and fragmentation plots for the paper.

The idea is to re-dump the samples after this MR is accepted so that we can produce all paper plots using the same samples.

Already tested locally, all required variables have been added.
