Update mistag uncertainty for light jet SF - revised version -

Revised mistag uncertainty values.

• It is not necessary to multiply the central value here, because mistag SF is already applied in the nominal setup.

-> In previous code, the central value is multiplied twice (nominal setup + previous code)

• I removed the central_value term

Validation is done with @wojang

• Values are correct (checked by manual calculation).
• New plots (new CDI_v2.1) have been checked. (attached slides)

- Before update: final_value = central_value × (1 + total_uncertainty_relative / 100)
- After update: final_value = (1 + total_uncertainty_relative / 100)
