Non zero W,Z,t widths in SMEFTatNLO

From AGENE-1930: give the top and W/Z bosons their ATLAS SM widths so they can be decayed through MadSpin. Also change the default top mass from 172 GeV to 172.5 GeV (but this should be anyway reset with set_top_params and set_SM_params.
