Added Composite Lepton and Radion models

Huan Yu Meng requested to merge humeng/MadGraphModels:add_CompLepton_Radion_models into master

Added two new models planned to be used by the Multibody Decays analysis. The Radion model includes Radion-gluon couplings that are not present in the Radion models currently in the repository.
